At Hairluxe Co., we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all our valued clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. **Booking Fee**: to re-book A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied to your total service cost.
2. **48-Hour Cancellation Notice**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
3. **24-Hour Cancellation Fee**: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $150 cancellation fee. This fee helps us cover the lost time and opportunity to book other clients.
4. **No-Show Policy**: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, the full amount of your service cancellation fee will be charged.
